KAYA PROJECT
Kaya Project is the musical incarnation of Seb and Natasha Taylor. Based in the UK, the duo has achieved a name of world renown via their anthology of eclectically flavoured asian dub/ world fusion albums ‘Walking Through‘ (2004), ‘Elixir‘ (2005), ‘…& so it goes‘ (2008) ‘Desert Phase‘ (2010) and ‘Firedance’ (2014).
Seb plays guitar and many other instruments as well as adeptly handling the programming and production, while Natasha contributes vocals, keyboard and flute throughout the compositions. Over the years they have performed Kaya Project live-sets at events in Japan, Canada, the USA and Australia. In recent years, Seb has been busy working on music for television, including the award winning BBC natural world documentary ‘Buddha, Bees & the Giant Hornet Queen’, as well as composing original music for various commercials.
